Education Policy

Education is the core of development. Without education, development cannot even be conceived of. A well-educated citizen will have the skills and knowledge to empower himself and contribute to country development in the future. In this sense, education is of the upmost importance for any development plan.


As an organization committed to better the lives of individuals, the Dipendra Kandel initiative undertakes education research as to draft government policy recommendations aimed to upgrade the education system, which results in long-term economic and social benefits.


Education Research focuses on: Education Universalization, educational System (Kindergarten, Elementary School, High School, University, Postgraduate education…), continued education, teaching infrastructure, teaching administration (bureaucracy, class size…), public education, private education, teacher recruitment and retention, teacher education, teaching methods, curricular content, education values…
